Our returns policy lasts for 30 days after your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at info@uniqwear.co.uk We will provide you with a returns address and confirm acceptance of your return. Please include this number with all communication and in your returns package.

Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of your refund. Refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to show on your account.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first to ensure a suitable replacement is available. Due to the fast-moving nature of our business, we cannot guarantee that we will have stock of the replacement item. Once you have made contact, we will confirm an exchange number and provide you with further instructions.

For orders within the UK, we offer free delivery via Evri. You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next day) at checkout. For large and bulky items, we may use Evri, Royal Mail, Yodel, UPS, or DPD based on speed and appropriateness. You will be notified of the shipping service used for your order when it is dispatched.
